Frequently Asked Questions

Residents are responsible for all utility costs. 

• Water, Sewer, and Trash will be paid directly to landlord with rent at the rate of $20/person/month.
• Gas and Electric will need to be setup with Madison Gas & Electric (MG&E) at the time of move in.

We do have laundry on site!  The washer and dryer on site can be used at any time, and costs $1.50 in quarters per wash and dry. We cannot exchange bills for quarters.

​​Residents can setup their internet with Spectrum.

We do not have an office at this location, however our professional team is readily available to help via phone or email during our scheduled office hours! 

​We do have a skilled maintenance team available during our scheduled office hours! After-hours maintenance emergencies can be submitted by calling our after-hours maintenance emergency line at  (608) 258-0232.
